According to Express, after carefully analyzing the above painting, a Vatican researcher said that Leonardo da Vinci predicted that the apocalypse would take place on November 1, 4006.

Researcher Sabrina Sforza Galitzia said the semicircular window above Jesus contained an astrological and mathematical puzzle she had deciphered.

The Italian painting expert said that Leonardo da Vinci predicted that the apocalypse would occur in a global cataclysm, which began on March 21, 4006 and ended on November 1 of the same year.

The documents show that Da Vinci believed it would mark a new beginning for humanity, Sforza Galitzia said. "It’s the Da Vinci code, not the one made famous by Dan Brown."
